Option 1: Full Conference with Online Proceedings
Includes sessions Monday–Friday, Tickets for the following: One Recognition Lunch (Tuesday or Thursday), Tuesday reception in the Exhibit Hall, Wednesday lunch in the Exhibit Hall, and single-user access to the online conference proceedings.
Option 2: Full-Time Graduate or Ph.D. Students
Includes sessions Monday-Friday, Sunday student reception, and exposition participation only (excludes food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Graduate or Ph.D student, registrant must be enrolled in at least 9 credits of Graduate level courses. AIAA members must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.
Option 3: Full-Time Undergraduate Students
Includes sessions Monday-Friday, Sunday student reception, and exposition participation only (excludes food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Undergraduate rate, registrant must be enrolled in at least 12 credits of Undergraduate level courses. AIAA members must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.
Option 4: Full-Time Retired
Includes sessions and exposition participation only (excludes food functions and conference proceedings).
Option 5: One-Day Rate
Includes sessions for that day only. Does not include proceedings or tickets.

In order to most quickly and efficiently pick up your badge and conference materials, make sure to print the email that includes your ExpressPass barcode, and bring it with you to the conference. Simply scan the ExpressPass barcode at one of the ExpressPass stations at the AIAA Registration and Information Center to print your badge and receive your meeting materials.

Thursday, January 11
Join colleagues and friends at the Thursday Recognition Luncheon to celebrate innovations and achievements in aerospace design/structures and aerospace literature. This luncheon will focus on the following technical areas: Adaptive Structures,
Non-Deterministic Approaches, Structures, Structural Dynamics, Materials, and Spacecraft Structures. This luncheon will also feature keynote speaker, Walt Downing, Executive Vice President, Southwest Research Institute.
NOTE: A ticket to attend the other awards luncheon may be purchased separately.
